taken up. The resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                  
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                        
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6(RES) am S Relating to                                                  
opposition to the inclusion of national forests in Alaska within former                             
President Clinton's Roadless Area Conservation rule and supporting                                  
the overturning of this inclusion by litigation, by congressional action,                           
or by action of President Bush, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
